And the side effects can be quite severe – for example, you can suffer from seizures or heart attacks. So this type of weight control is definitely not recommended.

If you want to lose weight, the best thing you can do is to do exercises that strengthen your core – in other words, strengthen your abdominal muscles.

Strong abdominal muscles are more resistant to fat build-up, and they are also easier to get rid of. You can easily perform exercises such as sit ups and crunches or any other abdominal exercise.

And you can do these on a regular basis so that your abdominal muscles will get stronger.

So do fang packs or diet pills work? According to medical experts, both. However, the better option would be to use fang packs because they are less dangerous.

Besides, there are no harmful side effects. It all comes down to your own personal preferences and budget.

However, most people find it difficult to do sit ups or crunches because it is really tiring. So they usually opt for fang packs.

Fang packs are small, hand carryable bags that hold several rings or bars. You put your hands inside the bag and try to tighten your stomach as you breathe.

The pressure you feel causes the fat to bulge out. When this happens, you should expect to lose weight.

One disadvantage of using fang packs is that you can only take one at a time. And you cannot carry it around with you at all times.

You need to find a comfortable place to carry the bag. If you are not able to do this, then you can simply make use of a pouch or a small bag that you keep in your pocket.

The belt has buckles at the waist so that it can be adjusted. It makes you wear the belt while doing your regular activities.

This may seem uncomfortable but this is a very effective non surgical belly fat reduction method.
